Whoops
How did I forget BC... Sorry!
157 - BC is all heart, piss and vinegar. He's a super old junior (he grayshirted then redshirted), so he's going up against guys who are younger than him pretty consistently. He lost to Brady in the scrimmage which I think says more about Brady than it does about BC. He's taken Hidlay to the wire and beaten Larry Early, so he's obviously got the tools to succeed. I think he has a super high floor, but relatively medium ceiling. Much like Stan Smeltzer, I see him having a Sal Mastriani type career where he AA's as a senior, scratching and clawing his way to it. He's a very active, very strong 157 who has no problem shooting on anyone. It's gotten him in trouble a few times, as his shots don't finish super clean, but he effort his 110% every time. He wrestles extremely hard on top and will ride out just about anyone. His bottom game is ok. I don't think I've ever actually seen him reverse someone, but he gets to his feet pretty regularly, so you can't be too upset by that. He's a grinder... he just needs to keep doing what he's doing. He _could_ AA this year, but I think it's a tough rode. Deakin and Hidlay are THE guys to beat... Carr is an absolute stud and there are plenty of landmines all along 157. Of course, for those paying attention, BC _IS_ one of those landmines. So who knows? I have faith in his ability to fight until the final whistle in every single match. If he continues to do that, he'll win a LOT more than he will lose...
