Deferred is not rejected


After last years fiasco, the freshman class will almost certainly need to shrink a little or else the facilities will be overwhelmed. I don't understand the sentiment that you would no longer support VT athletics or have VT gear based on your child not being offered admission. It is more competitive than during your time here and one assumes that those not offered admission might struggle to succeed. They can go to school somewhere else and still root for VT sports.
