Had parallel but different issue with our younger son about. 12 yrs ago. y


Was going to study mechanical engineering and robotocs. Had visited VT numerous times over the years for football, etc. Visited the Ware Lab. Met the Dean and DH. Yet elected to go elsewhere! Was crushing to me, particularly since I am an engineering grad and active with the college and department. Took a while to get over it.
