Well, if you join the "club" (we haven't), you're not locked in at all...


My dad owns several units and gets a lot of enjoyment out of trading into random places. For us, it's the place we essentially have a family reunion every year. We all have sort of a connection to the place for one reason or another and look forward to our yearly return. I can definitely see us trading more when the kids are gone and trying some new places...
