Has anyone used a service to get out??


My in-laws bought one for $1 15 years ago. The fees are over $500 a year. They just can’t afford it anymore. Every time we’ve used it there’s also additional fees.

Hell, I’d give someone $500 to just it over.

The location is fantastic, on Lake Travis just north of Austin TX. But the place was built in the 70’s and looks like a clean 70’s motel.

I keep thinking a developer is going to buy them up. Probably with a lot more now with new homes. Area growing like mad.

Does this eventually become my problem??
