The clothes part is both good and bad


I went from a 2XL to a large, and 38 pants to 32 or 34. Feels great, but it also means I replaced everything in my closet except shoes and socks.

That was after losing 50#.

Definitely worth it, but watch your clothing budget if you lose much more. When I started, I didn't realize I was going to lose 50#, so I bought some new clothes at the 25 or 30# mark. They didn't fit after about 3 months.
