Low carb diet


A little Atkins, a little Paleo...try to eat real foods, and avoid processed stuff. No simple carbs, so all veggies and many fruits are still on the table. I only drink coffee (in the AM) and water the rest of the time.

Typical daily diet consists of a "low sugar" greek yogurt, a Kind (nut) bar, 4 strips of bacon, 4 egg omelette (cooked in butter), Premier protein drink, grilled chicken breast, and a half can of some veggie.

Might have an apple, handful of blueberries, a Kirkland nut bar, Pure Protein bar, or any of a bunch of similar items.
