If I may . . .


a “clean fast” might help you- that’s just black coffee or water only. Nothing else. Period. Not even sugar free gum. There is a study (and I believe it proves true) that when anything sweet hits your tongue- not even ingested- but just hits your tongue will release insulin into your system killing your fat burning process and your fast.

This is key to intermittent fasters. It’s really helped me. So easy.

EDIT: When I DO eat I eat anything I want including carbs, light dessert, etc. I hope this might help some people out there.
