Check out Bear Cliffs hike out of Mountain Lake. It has a great view back

toward the 'burg. It is a short but very steep hike as you pass the lodge on your right, the trail starts about mid-way down the lake and goes up to the mtn on your right with lake on left (as you hike the lake is at your back....)
