1-visit) You need the marriage certificate to be raised seal from our marriage. Had to order that. Brought that back to the DMV and we were told oops you need to bring a copy of your divorce record.

2-visit) Brought the divorce record on the second visit. Oops you now need a copy
of your marriage certificate from your first marriage showing the name change.

3rd visit today) All good.

I had no issues getting mine. But I spent sometime on making sure I brought everything they wanted. I saw nothing on the pamphlet from the DMV mentioning we needed a raised seal marriage cert.

Anyway all of this is new to the DMV too. Glad its over.
