I coached Upward girls basketball for 8 years

I coached my girls for 4 of those years and they helped me coach the other 4 years. I have had teams like your team and I have also been on the other side of that. I have coached teams that won at the buzzer and teams that have lost at the buzzer. I have dealt with heartbroken girls on my team at the end of the game including my own daughters. While painful at the moment your daughter will learn it is a team game and in Upward the good memories will outweigh the bad. Hang in there while she is upset tonight focus on having fun at the next practice and enjoy the season regardless. God bless you!
