One of my pet peeves is little league coaches telling 11 year olds to


Watch Mlb on tv to see how to play. Yes, you can learn the basics watching a sport on tv. But there is nothing an 11 year old can pick up watching Stephen Strasbourg pitch that will convert to him throwing 90 mph one day. Same with hitters. Eyesight, bat speed, strength, hand eye coordination. You could watch Bryce Harper vat 500 times. The reality is regardless how much you pay, 99.9% of kids will never be that level of hitter. They don’t have the physical characteristics to be that level of player.
