So Mitch would get 2 points for his bye because he should have had a match, but Duke didn't have a body to enter.

Wonder which scenario applies here?

1. He gets all 3 points automatically (2 from match 1 from advancement)
2. He has to win next match to get all 3
3. He gets 2 points and then has to win next match to get the 1 for advancement.
