This speech basically cut off some of our major economic partners and highlighted them as the US viewing Europe as a major health risk. But oddly not the U.K. who also have confirmed cases.

And the domestic stimulus is absolutely needed, but it also confirms how bad this is and contradicts all the messaging we have heard for the past few weeks. That indicates fear and the markets hate fear and uncertainty. This is not a boat to save us, this is a life jacket to keep the economy from sinking.

I will say that there probably was no best answer for all of this.
