Give me a break. I wish people on both sides would leave politics out of this. Short of a full-on dictatorship lockdown of the entire country (which people would scream bloody murder over), there is nothing governments can do to prevent the spread. Someone doesn't have to be blamed for every bad thing that happens. Life is messy, and sometimes bad stuff happens. Projecting fault on someone might make some people feel better about certain situations, but in reality it doesn't change anything.
