I think the messaging could have been better. People are primarily worried for the heath of themselves and their families. Secondarily they are worried about their jobs and paying bills and buying essentials.

I get it that the stimulus package and other economic factors are very important. Especially for an administration trying to run a country. But you have to talk to the people about their personal concerns. That is what is needed in a time like this and that is what seemed a bit lacking in this speech. At least for me.
