I think a potential treatment could be far quicker than that.


I'd also add that unlike 2008, there's no underlying fundamental flaw in the markets. This is simply fear and uncertainty driving this (and make no mistake, there are some that have made a crap ton off these dips). As you said, once some of the fear and uncertainty subsides, people will start to get back into the market (especially with interest rates at zero).
