Always done micro workouts in addition to the usual cardio


which, of course, doesn't qualify me as a gym rat, well, tennis

cardio meaning walking for an hour, ride bike to store, tennis, etc.

one set of push-ups (slowly w/good form) one set of pull-ups Russian side planks, inverted plank, some stretches, basically about 15 minutes which I do a few at a time in-between reading a book, or cooking whatever. I avoid buying equipment w/the exception of the pull up bar under my deck. and sure a mat.
