Lifting 4 days per week in basement gym and running 4 times per week


outside or on the treadmill if the weather doesn't cooperate. Don't get the same workout I do at the real gym but it is FAR better than nothing and helps me maintain a small amount of sanity through this mess.

Plus, I am drinking more so I need to be moving more or my pants won't fit.
