Boston U didn't announce today. Words/context matter.


They are simply *planning* for several scenarios --- one of those scenarios would be no in-person classes until Jan 2021.

Another scenario would be, gasp!!!!!!!!, real-person classes in Fall 2020.

I know several sites/sources are pushing the headline of "Boston U announced" --- that's because 1) people (even journalists) are stupid, and 2) hooray click-bait!
