But in this specific case, it is clear the virus is hitting population centers much harder than rural areas, yet the rural areas are being prescribed the same countermeasures.

So when, for example, the NRV has experienced 1 C-19 death and I think 58 hospitalizations, yet is being treated the same as Alexandria, makes it tough to accept that it is for the best.
