One thing you get is the lack of "hardware" rental fees

DVRs, cable boxes, etc. isn't required when you go YouTube TV where they have a online DVR service.

Waiting for Amazon to take their OTA DVR to the next level. No monthly fees like Tivo, but Tivo is the "gold standard." Biding my time...
