I've been working from home with my second-grade daughter since mid-March.

It has been a struggle. My wife is a nurse and can't work remotely, so it's up to me to stay home. I'm fortunate that my company will let me work remotely, so at least I've continued to be paid, but man...it has been hard. We've kind of hit our stride by now (mainly because I've given up on forcing her to do all of her schoolwork at this point - this is the last week of it anyway), but the first 3-4 weeks were ROUGH. I just about had a nervous breakdown a few times because I was SLAMMED with work, and I was getting interrupted just about every 5 minutes. I seriously considered just asking my company for a sabbatical until this ends, but I made it through.

Thankfully YMCA summer day camp starts next week, so I'll get a reprieve. But I'm not looking forward to potentially doing this all over again in the fall.
