did it yourself. From what I've read, paying for a reno doesn't pay for itself come resale time. In either case, it could help make a faster sale. From my experience looking, and from discussions with my realtor, the larger walk-in shower is preferable to the smaller shower + tub pair, particularly if you have other tubs in the house.

Previous owners put in an auxiliary 20gal water heater in the master bath. Since the main water heater is at the opposite corner of the house, I don't have to run the water for 5 minutes for it to warm up.

If you can't reposition the tub, may you can put in a small linen closet?

With the recent TP shortage, may you should put in a separate bidet? :-)
