Heres something to explain....(see pic). I await your educating me.

And to answer your question, heres what i would like to hear from each country:

What lead you to decide to open schools?
What are the protocols associated?
How has the c19 case/hospitalization/fatality data changed since opening?
What criteria do you have to close them if c19 rekindles?
Do you have granular dsta on tx to teachers from students? Just teachers any source? (Since so many asymptomatic)
What is your current public policy re:c19? Has is changed? When? What criteria was used?

Thats a few typical for a congressional hearing
