God Bless the Hurricane Center. So the 5:00 Am track, they made

sure a giant dot for 2:00am Tuesday is directly over Hampton Road. The most populated spot in The Cone of Death.

So now the 11:00am track comes out. Does the dot stay for 2:00am Tuesday at the latest spot? No they put the 8:00am dot directly over Hampton Roads. I guess the 2:00am dot is now out to sea somewhere, so that doesn't generate the alarm, or website hits anymore.

Track is back to tracking westward.
