I want the track, to maintain the points of reference

at the exact same time for each new track. That makes it much easier for the follower to see if the system is speeding up or slowing down. And if track has shifted east or west.

But just making sure a giant dot is always on Hampton Roads doesn't do much other than get the numb nuts rushing to buy TP.
