Anyone have experience with a smart automatic water shutoff?

I've been looking at the Phyn and Flo. I've been looking into them for a bit. This past Chrsitmas I talked to a relative who went away for a weekend and had a water pipe burst in their house and cause thousands of dollars. I have a good spot for it in my crawl space that has access to power and isn't too far from a WAP.
