Divisions need to go, but Quads need to come. Play your 3 rivals every year

and everyone else in the conference at least once every three years with Quads rotating a home and away series.

You also could do a cross over with a team that is not in your Quad and not in the other Quad you are playing to make the ACC Championship game and keep long term rivalries going. UNC and Wake are doing this now and it has no bearing on making the ACC Champ game . Just like Florida Florida State doesn't impact it.
