Public isn't = publicized. I don't speak for others, but I'm sure we're all

glad you did the heavy lifting for the "less curious" of us. It's not atypical of you to think you're being given a "hard time" if someone doesn't agree with you, but I hadn't intended to call you out, rather I was asking - or thought I was asking a forum, not you specifically - why the relevance of the low percentage of this category of COVID deaths doesn't raise more open, widely covered questions.

I don't think this chunk of data is "new" either (that wasn't my point), but now attention paid to it is. It's entirely possible it could be a great deal more relevant to how policy decisions are being made. CDC has this data, which is relevant science, yet the people who shutter businesses and restrict activities do not by any observable measure appear to be incorporating this factoid we're discussing into how they act.

Remember, these decision makers are the same ones who poured COVID patients into nursing homes and we all know the result of this poor, almost criminal, lack of regard for the very science they claim to be the sole followers of. The same people who, for example, in North Carolina close down bowling alleys but leave strip clubs open, to cite one of numerous ill-conceived and idiotic policies.
