Team or individual.
Say, at least Jr.High and up-- after some sorting had taken place.
Maybe it was a title/championship? Game-winning heroics? Hole-n-1? whateve'...

The only qualifier is... you HAD to be actively involved. (spectation/fandom need not apply).
Be that as a baller, maybe as a coach/manager, or even as an administrator/G.M. office-level job.
