Correct


Official would give the wrestlers room to improve while against fence before bringing them back to center.

There a couple of times (I think in the Sammy Brooks vs. Shakur Rasheed match) where a wrestler would have a gut or a lace and they'd get trapped by the fence. The presence of the apparatus was definitely felt at times for the wrestlers.
