Actually Incline P/U.expolding off the box at top, is another good one->


for lower chest.

What I meant was do the box jump, on and off, then immediately into push up position & do a pushup. Hop back up ..back to box jump....lather rinse repeat.

It's sort of like doing a burpee BETWEEN each box jump...just adds a little. With a burpee (as you well know), you do the P/U, hop to your feet, hop off the ground as you raise your arms, then do it all again. This just adds the box jump instead of the little hop into the air...

Does that make sense? Sure easier to demonstrate than to write down :>)
