My thoughts on number 16...
UCF or Cincy.
WVU just draws so much anger and bad blood from the past. The history of so many teams in the conference is deep but there is so much bad blood. WVU fans did it to themselves.
UCF is a huge school in a nice market. How would FSU and Miami like it? Honestly, where does UCF fit...they become a third wheel in the state. It does add some ammo against UF. But maybe not enough.
Cincy has a lot of history with a few of the programs over the years. A lifeline to the midwest and ND and Louisville is nearby. Cincy and Pittsburg are rivals in many sports. Good hoops program.
Orlando is a bigger TV market but is it a dedicated market with a following like Cinci would have. Then again, Cinci is second fiddle in Ohio. OSU rules that state.
I don't see any Big 10 team leaving or coming back. Same with SEC. Big 12 (outside of WVU) there is no one. UT, OU, and OSU are all linked together. USF? They are UCF lite.
