Download something like KeePass. Free and fairly easy to use. You store


all your passwords in it and only have to remember the "main" password for the program. There are various apps as well so you can put it on your phone. It can generate random passwords for you and store them. It can even auto type into browsers. Definitely worth looking into and sort of surprised your employer hasn't recommended something like that.
