We have our employees download and use KeePass for that exact reason. Even

lower level employees have multiple systems with multiple password that require changing at various intervals with various requirements. It gets to be too much and users just start using the most basic passwords to remember. This way the program remembers it and generates new ones for them. All they have to remember is the password for KeePass.
