Glad the article mentioned the BYU-CCU game.
Loved the whole Coastal Cinderella story this year.

But in terms of the game being put together 48 hours in advance, it was spectacular. Puts a lot of people to shame who think you need to plan years in advance for an OOC game and the teams can't possibly play a football game without watching hundreds of hours of film and prep. Not only did they pull it off, it was the best game I saw all year.

While I am thankful for the season, it could have been better. When one team had Covid, they just cancelled games. There should have been a "non-Covid portal" for teams available on short notice due to opponents bagging out for Covid, and they could have hooked up for some fun matchups that no one was ever expecting.
