What's odd is some are moving around and some are not

I've got a couple here in town that have been sitting for 6 or 7 days, a couple floating around their origin basically, and a couple that are making regular progress. One of them is a Priority Mail shipment that hasn't moved since the day the label was created 3 days ago. At first I thought it was due to different shipping classes but I'm not sure that's the whole story here
