There aren't all that many things you can't do in UFC


Head butts, eye gouging, nut shots, fishhooking, kicking/kneeing/stomping when they are on the ground, striking the back of the spine, throat punches, and twisting fingers/toes are the only real things you can't do.

If you wonder why a UFC fighter doesn't do a particular thing, it is more likely they don't do it because it is either impossible or too easily defended as opposed to illegal.
