We have the same issue at work


Although this group knows they should go through the project management process and doesn’t want to so they usually try to go the billable work order route. Starts with a simple request, then once approved, the scope changes start rolling in. My simple project from probably October or November is probably going to close this week or next. Definitely feel your pain.
