I did in spots.. I saw some rogue grass in front yard and killed it->


I have 5-6 patches that I killee and have planted new seed.. Looks pretty crappy now, but I'll be glad i did.

I "think" the grass is Poa trivianis . That is the perennial version of poa anna.. It has taken over my bakc yard.. It "looks" OK, except that it is light green and gets crappy looking once the heat sets in. I let it go because there is no decent herbicide for the trivianis (there IS a treatment for the annual version)..

Anyway, I am not killing my entire backyard, but I am going to try to manage it in the front. Killing patches every spring and spot seeding
