Question: S/O got bitten and attacked at work. She clocked out before

she left to go to the doctor. They do not want to pay her for that time. Any HR or Workers Comp experts----are they required to pay her for that time? I know in instances where I've had employees go to doctor in work related stuff, I pay them.

Edit: I'm not sure why in heaven she was bleeding heavily from multiple cat bites and scratches and yet she clocked out...
