Good find. Sounds like that's not the first time this detective has lied

To get a warrant. He should be in trouble. But of course, we see it happen over and over. Hell, the FBI lied to get a warrant on Trump and there was no punishment. They were even brought before congress and the reaction was little more than a shrug of the shoulders.
The sargent in this case should lose his job.
