I know an attorney who is an HR director. She's easily their most...


valued employee. With her law background, she knows what she can and can't do or say when it comes to dealing with employees. She also routinely updates their policies based on changes in the law. As far as I know, the company hasn't been sued by an employee, former or current, since she started working there.
