Question would be, do you renovate existing structure or something completely new? With the new hitting facility, I’m guessing new is not an option until that building is obsolete.

I’ve always thought you could extend seating down further both baselines however far you want to go (part of bullpen or all of it to the foul poles/outfield fence). More room on 3rd base side though. With longer stands that would provide room for potential luxury boxes down the lines as you won’t need all that space above the stands for a press box.

Definitely could do a multi floor press box I think. Could have one structure with multiple rooms. TV booth, operations booth, working press and/or photographers area to work etc. What are the three boxes now? Is one TV, one game operations and what’s the last one? What happens with the TV one if no tv that game? All that is one floor, another floor in said press box could be luxury boxes if we don’t put any down the lines. And then floor 3 could be a deck/patio area the box people could walk up to or athletic administrators or coaches from other teams who come watch. Heck you could put cameras up there too.

Also whatever is done, try to make it a more permanent structure with foundation. While TSP is nice and better then when I was there ‘97-‘02, I feel like it’s just really nice HS stands on stilts. It’s a college facility that feels like it could be taken apart in a week or less. That shouldn’t be the case.
