They contacted me via Linked In unsolicited if I might be interested in a Regional Engineering position with them. It didn't feel like a generic invite to apply as it had some specific work history that is available on my profile. I've seen it advertised on and off several times, perhaps even for over a year, but never really had any interest in leaving where I am.

No doubt I meet the professional qualifications they list, but it's never really had much appeal to me.

Biggest concern is the horror stories you hear coming out of folks and the high turnover rates for most of their employees, even management and staff level (i.e. non-hourly) workforce. They just sound like a sausage factory for anyone who works for them. I've heard their pay and benefits are pretty good, but being a "Regional" resource will likely mean lots and lots of travel as well, which could be an issue (maybe not a deal breaker) with me as well.

Anyone work for them or know folks who work on the professional side of their business? While I don't really think I'd want to jump ship right now, you never know when an opportunity knocks.
