With all due respect, I think that's the entire problem with this situation

in a nutshell (and most situations involving any kind of law breaking/high profile issue). There shouldn't be sides at this point. People should be objective until the full story comes out then choose a side.
I have no side yet. I don't believe anyone so far until I hear something that pushes me one way or the other. I was answering your comment, not giving my "side" of the issue.
