but honestly it is most of the world that is doing nothing. Based on gross domestic output, the US does really well compared to other major producing nations - not the best but far from the worst and our numbers are improving rapidly.

But South America, Africa, eastern Europe, Mexico and the other countries we mentioned are effectively doing very little. In the big picture, we are only a small piece of the solution. As I mentioned to a neighbor, the planet revolves in our own filth. So it will take everyone to clean it up or we are essentially wasting our time and money.
