The biggest nails right now are in the Big 12 (clearly) and Pac 12.

The ACC is the 3rd worst out but still not good. The ACC is geographically constrained with no good poachable options that make any geographic sense. It'll never happen but the best possible scenario is some sort of merger between the ACC football schools with most of the SEC east. Maybe even throw in WVU. I know the SEC East wouldn't agree to it, but it is getting harder to see how this doesn't break college football.
