Why would it? B1G is a Midwestern Conference.

Penn State of all people should know that with as many trips to Iowa and Minnesota as they make. If they want an eastern schedule, they're in the wrong place and should know that. Perhaps groveling around with Rutgers occasionally keeps them happy. Who knows?

I know a good percentage of their fans aren't happy with it, but their management won't budge.
